Pursuant to Proclamation No. 380 dated May 15, 1994 desingating June 30 to July 6 as Savings Consciousness Week with the theme "Pinagpagurang pera ay ingatan, pag-impok sa banko ay simulan". The public is continously encourage to save in banking institutions and further raise awareness on the vital role of savings in the country's economic development.
